In order to proceed with the cancellation process, please follow the steps provided below:
1: In your dashboard, click on ‘Company Settings’ in the bottom-left corner.
2: Once it expands, select ‘Overview’ and click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button in the top-right corner.
3: Select a reason from the drop-down menu, and click on the ‘Yes I am sure, cancel my subscription’ button.
Please Note: Cancelling your Artfundi subscription will lead to the deactivation of your website. Moreover, if you are using a custom domain name, please note that we currently handle the DNS management for your domain through our hosting provider. As a result, cancelling the DNS service will also impact any associated mailboxes linked to your domain.
