We are excited to introduce the Stripe Customer Portal, now linked to your Artfundi platform.
In your Stripe Portal, you can view and download invoices, update bank card details, and manage billing information, all at your convenience.
To get started, simply follow these steps:
1: In the navigation menu, click on ‘Account Settings’.
2: Click on the Stripe link.
3: On the Customer Portal page, enter the email address you signed up to Artfundi with.
Please note that if the incorrect email address is used, you will not receive the login link.
4: Check your mailbox for a login link. Please note that the link is only valid for 30 minutes, due to security reasons.
5: In the email received, click on the ‘log in’ button.
6: The Customer Portal will load, upon which you may proceed accordingly.
