We recently added a handy new widget to your Artfundi platform that makes raising a support request super simple! In under 2 minutes, you can submit a request without leaving your platform – no more switching to emails!
Here’s how to do it:
1: In the bottom-right corner of your Artfundi platform, click on the '?' icon.
2: Once the form displays, complete the fields to send an email to Artfundi Support directly from your platform. Please ensure to provide as much details as possible about your issue or request, and add screenshots or videos if relevant.
