Elevate your sales with Private Viewings, offering a secure VIP web-like experience. Host exclusive events, granting selected guests access to private viewing rooms with passcodes, allowing them to preview your artworks ahead of art fairs and exhibitions.
In this article, we'll guide you through the easy steps on the setup of your Private Viewing.
1: In the Left Sidebar, click on ‘Private Viewings’.
2: To the top right, click on ‘New Private Viewing’.
3: On the page that loads, you may proceed with the following:
- Add a title for your Private Viewing.
- Within the description box, you have the opportunity to engage with your audience, incorporate images, videos, and include links.
- Select artworks you would like to feature privately to your guests.
- Select events you would like to feature in the Private Viewing room. These will be pulled through from the ‘Events’ section on your platform.
- Select the specific client groups you intend to invite for your Private Viewing. Keep in mind that these client groups must have been established in your CRM section prior to the event.
- Select the date and time for the Private Viewing.
- Create a passcode your guests will use to access the Private Viewing room.
4: Click on the ‘Save New Private Viewing’ button to complete the process.
5: To access the Private Viewing or retrieve the link to share with your guests, navigate back to the Private Viewing section. You'll notice that the title is clickable; you can either click on it to open, or you can use the rocket icon located to the right of the viewing entry. Be sure to provide your guests with their exclusive passcode for seamless entry.
Please Note: In order to display artworks’ prices to your guests in the Private Viewing room, you will need to switch on a toggle, by following the steps provided below:
- In the Left Sidebar, click on ‘Works’.
- Click on ‘Add & View Works’.
- To the right of each artwork, click on ‘Edit’. Don’t forget to use our handy filters at the top of the page to display required artworks.
- Click on ‘Financials & Statuses’.
- Switch on the ‘Show Price on Private Viewings’ toggle.
- Click on the ‘Save & Exit’ button at the bottom of the page.
