As part of our mission to streamline our clients' art management experience, our platform allows users to effortlessly generate Lists, Catalogues, Certificates, Labels, and Cards with a simple click of a button. All information is produced in PDF format and promptly opens in a new browser tab for users' immediate access.
Lists:
Easily generate a diverse selection of lists, covering Inventory, Consignment, Insurance, Location, and Price Lists.
Catalogues:
Explore various catalogue options at your disposal, from Image Catalogues to Image Catalogues enhanced with QR Codes, as well as Image & Text Catalogues.
Certificates:
Effortlessly create essential documents, including the Latest Valuation Certificate and the Certificate of Authenticity.
*Valuation information should be updated in the Financials & Statuses section for the artwork before generating the PDF, in order for the amount to display on the certificate.
Labels & Cards:
Seamlessly craft an assortment of labels and cards, such as Packing Labels, Shipping Labels, Wall Cards, and QR Wall Cards.
*Quick tip before you begin: To upload the logo displayed on your PDF’s, simply edit the 'Overview' page in the 'Company Settings' tab.
To get started, simply follow the steps provided below:
1: In the Left Sidebar, click on ‘Works’. Once it expands, click on ‘Add & View Works’.
2: In front of each artwork, simply click the checkbox to select all the artworks you want to incorporate information for in the PDF. Don’t forget to make use of our handy filters to the top-right of the page.
3: To the top of the page, simply click on the ‘Lists’, ‘Catalogues’, or ‘Labels’ button and make your selection from the dropdown menu. Click on the ‘Yes Generate PDF’ button to confirm.
