How To Create Branches:
At Artfundi, we offer the capability to create branches for your art business, seamlessly linked to artworks, invoices, and more to easily manage your art inventory.
Whether you're managing various departments within a museum or university, multiple locations for a gallery, or distinct venues for corporate or public art installations, our art business management platform is flexible enough to meet your unique needs. The 'Branches' field can be used in various contexts, including departments, projects, and other organizational structures, ensuring seamless management across all scenarios.
Please note that branch information will be displayed on the footer of your website, should you have one enabled.
Let’s get you set up - it will only take a few seconds.
1: In the Left Sidebar, click on ‘Company Settings’, and then ‘Branches’.
2: To the top right, click on ‘New Branch’
3: On the page that loads, you may proceed with the following:
- Insert a name/location for the branch.
- Select your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
- Insert banking information.
- Insert the physical address.
- Insert the email address
- Insert the telephone number
- Insert a prefix for this branch’s invoice numbers
- Insert the VAT information if applicable
4: Click on the ‘Save New Branch’ button to complete the process.
